V.I.T Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, V.I.T offers a money back guarantee. This guarantee is available on most V.I.T-branded products. Eligibility for a refund depends on several factors including, but not limited to:

  • Type of product
  • Subscription term
  • Duration since purchase
  • Where the product was purchased

If you receive a refund for your purchase, you must uninstall the software in accordance with your license agreement.

Also, and at the sole discretion of AgmatTech, your license could be disabled to prevent further use.
Refunds are provided through V.I.T Customer Service.

FAQs about the McAfee Refund Policy

Here are the answers to some common questions about the AgmatTech Refund Policy:

  • What is not refundable
    Shipping, handling, and any applicable tax are not refundable, except in certain states and countries where these items are refundable.

     
  • Who is eligible
    Annual subscribers to a V.I.T Consumer or Small Business Security product who make a request within 30 days of a product purchase.

    V.I.T does not provide partial refunds. The 30-day money-back guarantee is not available for monthly subscribers.

    Individual customers who have acquired the products or services covered under this program for their personal or small-business use can cancel their purchase from V.I.T and obtain a refund within a set time frame from the original purchase.

    If the purchase is outside the following time frames, the refund is denied:
     
    • 30 days for Annual Subscription services30 days for Retail Products

    If your annual subscription has been automatically renewed, AgmatTech provides you a full refund if your request is made within 60 days of being charged.

    NOTE: For customers who purchased products from a retail store, contact Customer Service for refund details.

     
  • Who is not eligible
    Monthly subscribers. Individual customers who cancel their monthly membership will no longer be charged in the next month of their subscription.

     
  • Incorrect charges
    If you think you have been charged incorrectly and might be due a refund, contact Customer Service. For example, if your credit card bill shows that you have been charged twice.

     
  • Customers from the Netherlands
    The above points do not apply to customers from the Netherlands. Contact Customer Service for more details.

     
  • Software removal
    In accordance with the license agreement, after you receive your refund, you must uninstall the software and delete all program files for the product that you return.
